I’ve taken “Before” pictures now for my fitness goals and I lifted weights at home using a mashup of three Pins. I think that means it’s really on now! (Also, I did not realize that 90% of the fitness tips that I’d pinned related to working on arms… I guess that must be my big goal, at least subconsciously, which makes sense since my arms will be super-visible in my wedding dress.)

I’m using 6lb. weights, which I know isn’t much, but my upper body is very weak so for me it was intense. I went to bed sore but proud!
Also, The Gentleman and I bought a chest freezer a couple weeks ago and I have officially filled it half-full with healthy gluten-free frozen food.
